We've spent a considerable amount of time, testing and research into our latest and very unique intake system for the S63 fitted to the F90 M5. A one-piece turbo inlet and inlet tube with significantly larger volume at the turbo inlet enlarging to a massive 210mm tube.
This attaches to our bespoke 170mm opening air filter which sits inside it's housing which connects directly to the oem air intake feed with an optional 100mm opening. As far as smooth flow goes and a fully integrated design, this is the most developed and thought out system as can be seen from the CFD below
