The F10 M5 turbo inlets are one of the worst designed we have seen for flow especially in comparison to the F90 M5. We've redesigned the turbo inlets to give a much smoother path to the air vastly reducing turbulence.
The above shows a Solidworks CFD Analysis of the OEM turbo inlet (right) and Infinity turbo inlet (left). The box shaped oem inlet creates vast amounts of turbulence with a low air velocity in comparison to the smooth shaped infinity inlet. The air velocity only increases at the base of the turbo inlet on the oem design whereas the Infinity turbo inlet has a progressively increasing air velocity along it's path which will aid both throttle response and maximum air available.
